In adherence to the Clery Act, the University of Guam posts the Campus Security and Fire Safety Report which is submitted annually to US DOE.

Annual Campus Security and Fire Safety Reports

The University values its employees and students, and recognizes the importance that Minors have in their lives, on and off campus. The University also values its Programs that involve Minors. The safety and welfare of Minors who visit our campus, participate in our Programs, and are entrusted to our care is always of paramount importance. In order to help assure that safety, the University’s policy is that Minors are to be afforded protections whenever they are present on campus or participating in our Programs, which might be off campus and off island.

This policy prohibits all forms of sexual misconduct, including but not limited to sexual harassment, sexual assault, sex offense, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and inappropriate amorous relationships. Further, this policy expressly prohibits retaliation against an individual because of their good faith participation in the reporting, investigation, or adjudication of violations of this policy. University students and employees who violate this policy will face discipline up to and including expulsion or termination.

All members of the University Community must work together to prevent and eliminate sexual misconduct at the University of Guam.

Notice on accessibility: The University of Guam is currently in the process of converting legacy PDF documents and forms to accessible web pages, documents, and online forms that are WCAG 2.0-compliant.
